WHY MEDIATION
Court decides for you. Mediation lets you decide together.
A neutral, accredited mediator guides both sides to a workable outcome. You keep control of the result, the conversation stays private, and the relationship has a chance to survive it.
01
Confidential
Nothing said in mediation goes on the public record.
02
Faster, lower cost
Resolve in weeks, not years of litigation.
03
Relationships kept
Business partners and families can still work together after.

We listen, assess whether mediation suits your matter, and explain costs upfront.
02
Agreement to mediate
Both parties sign a confidentiality agreement and agree the ground rules.
03
Mediation sessions
Joint and private sessions to surface interests and test options.
04
Settlement
Terms are recorded in a binding settlement agreement, ready to sign.
